Latest Payslip ( 6 if earn commission ) ( If Self employed only bank stats )
3 Months Bank statements ( 4 if earn commission )
Latest Proof of address ( Not older than 3 months and must be in the applicants name alternatively affidavits and ID's of the account holder will be required.)
CK Documents ( If self employed and are sole member )
